By creating an account or using X5, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
X5 is a creator marketplace and messaging app for finding work, sharing portfolios, chatting with clients and learning from courses.
You may sign in with Apple, Google or email. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure.
X5 Pro is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription. Pricing, renewal terms, cancellation and restore controls are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and can be managed in Apple subscription settings.
You are responsible for marketplace tasks, proposals, messages, portfolio items, photos and voice messages you submit. You agree not to post illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, infringing or otherwise abusive content.
X5 includes block and report controls. We may review reports, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risk.
The app, design, code and trademarks are owned by X5. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on your devices.
You may delete your account in the app from Profile, Settings, Delete Account, or by emailing support@x5studio.app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee marketplace results, client responses or course outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X5 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
